Do you sign an NDA before discussing project details?
Absolutely. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed project discussion. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of how we work.
ETRM / CTRM Expertise
Which ETRM/CTRM platforms does 3DGlobal IT support?
We have deep, hands-on expertise across Allegro, RightAngle, Endur, Triple Point, and Brady. Our consultants have delivered implementations, migrations, and custom integrations on all major platforms.
Can you help migrate from one CTRM system to another?
Yes. We handle end-to-end migrations — data mapping, historical data conversion, parallel running, UAT support, and go-live cutover — with minimal disruption to your trading operations.
Do you offer post-implementation ETRM support?
We provide ongoing managed support including issue resolution, patch management, regulatory updates, and performance optimisation. Support engagements are available as dedicated retainers or on a time-and-materials basis.
Services & Delivery
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by scope. A focused module implementation or integration can take 6–10 weeks; a full CTRM rollout typically runs 3–9 months. We'll give you a detailed milestone plan during the proposal stage.
What is your delivery methodology?
We use an agile sprint-based model with two-week delivery cycles, weekly status reports, and a shared project board so you always have full visibility. We adapt to your governance model — Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid.
Can you work with our existing in-house team?
Yes — staff augmentation and embedded team models are both available. Many clients use us to fill specialist gaps while retaining their own developers for day-to-day work.

Pricing & Contracts
How are your services priced?
We offer fixed-price project engagements, time-and-materials retainers, and dedicated team models. Pricing depends on team size, skill mix, and duration. See our Pricing page for indicative plans, or contact us for a custom quote.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
For project work, we typically start at a minimum of four weeks. For managed support retainers, we offer flexible month-to-month arrangements with no long lock-in.
Do you offer a discovery/scoping phase?
Yes. We recommend a paid discovery sprint (1–2 weeks) to produce a detailed technical specification, architecture diagram, and effort estimate before committing to a full build. This de-risks both sides.
Support & SLAs
What support hours do you offer?
Our standard support window is Monday–Saturday, 9 am–9 pm IST. Enterprise plans include 24/7 on-call coverage with defined response SLAs for critical incidents.
How quickly do you respond to critical issues?
For Priority-1 production incidents on Enterprise plans, our target response time is under 1 hour and resolution within 4 hours. Standard plans have a 4-hour response and next-business-day resolution target.
Do you provide documentation and knowledge transfer?
All deliverables include technical documentation. We also run structured handover workshops so your internal team can own and operate the solution independently after delivery.
